In-House Sheet Metal Fabrication

At Benton Roofing, we fabricate our own sheet metal.  Our in-house sheet metal fabrication process allows us to have full control over big projects down to the last detail.  By forming our own sheet metal, we are able to provide our clients with the most cost-effective sheet metal solutions, and we are able to provide these solutions on-demand.  

Sheet metal is a very common form of raw metal.  Sheet metal fabrication involves using machines to shape raw metal into a usable product.  First, metal stock is cut into its desired shape. Then, the metal is bent or formed into a 3-Dimensional shape.  Lastly, the shaped metal pieces are assembled into a final product.

Sheet metal is known for its durability and scalability  It is also known for providing outstanding leak prevention.   Sheet metal not only prevents leaks, but it also adds years of life to your roof.  For these reasons, the standing seam metal roof has become one of the most exciting breakthroughs in roofing technology.  Sheet metal is used to build downsprouts, gutters, soffits, and scuppers.
